What about the residency are you most looking forward to?
New interactions with colleagues, classmates, and students. One thing I very much enjoy is hearing stories from people from all over the world and getting to know them and finding opportunities to position myself as help in one way or another is something I treasure.
Did you have a teacher who made a lasting impression on you?
My algebra and trigonometry teacher in high school definitely left quite the impression on me. She ALWAYS had the biggest smile every single class without fail. And I was not very good at it, I got my first C's and D's in her class, and she never gave up on me; always encouraged me to try harder and keep studying and that I could go to her office to ask questions anytime.
