American Dream Charter School

Mission: The American Dream School’s mission is to develop academic excellence in both Spanish and English, preparing students in grades 6-12 to excel in college become leaders in their communities

Vision: The American Dream Charter School strongly believes that to facilitate success, it is important to cultivate a welcoming, encouraging environment for English Language Learners and immigrant students where learning and language development is supported.

Somos un Equipo.

The American Dream School was founded in 2014 with the goal of developing bilingual, biliterate and bilingual students. Our two-way dual language program allows for students who are native English speakers to collaborate with native Spanish speakers, providing both groups an opportunity to lead.

Somos Familia.

At American Dream, we intentionally create space for families to become an active part of our community. Students are organized into small group advisory and their assigned advisor becomes the link between the school and home. Together, we work in conjunction to ensure students know that families and school staff are on the same page.

Somos ADS.

We believe that learning is not limited to the classroom. As a result, students will often use the city as an extension of the school by participating in field lessons where they apply their conceptual understanding to real world scenarios. In addition, the last two weeks of the school year is June Mini-mester.
